Biography
Larsen was born in Kenesaw, Nebraska, but also lived in Kearney and Hastings. He graduated from Nebraska State Teachers College at Kearney in 1943. He was known for his work in dramatics and speech while attending college. He married Arlene Kessler, another NSTC student while in school.
After graduation he enlisted in the Coast Guard. He died at Fort Robinson, Nebraska from Spinal Meningitis.
