• 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Welcome Reception/Registration, location TBD on UT campus. This will provide an opportunity for participants to pick up their registration packet/swag bag and enjoy some nibbles and adult beverages.
• 7:00 p.m. Mountain Plains Board of Directors meeting, on-campus location TBD.

• 8 - 9 a.m. – Breakfast/registration at on-campus location TBD; including welcome 'kick off' speaker
• 9:15 - 10:30 a.m. – Presentation Session #1
• 10:30 - 10:45 a.m. – Refreshment break
• 10:45 a.m. - noon – Presentation Session #2
• noon - 1 p.m. – Lunch in Zion Room (5th floor Holland Bldg)
• 1:00 - 2:15 p.m. – Presentation Session #3
• 2:15 - 2:30 p.m. – Refreshment break
• 2:30 - 3:45 p.m. – Presentation Session #4
• 4:00 - p.m. – Local activities/tours TBD
